Our Philosophy

Whether you are visiting for an afternoon of nail care treatments or just to have a fresh colour done, you will be served by our experienced nail professionals. We provide a selection of nail care services and use the highest quality products in our treatments. As you choose your desired treatment, you will be offered an exclusive selection of gourmet coffee and premium teas to complete your Kuching Nail Spa experience.

Our nail spa is designed in a way to replicate the classic charm of Singapore's colonial days. It represents timeless beauty and elegance
that we emulate in the service we provide.

The Kuching Nail Spa derives its name from the 'Kucinta' – the Singapura cat.

The Kucinta combines the Malay words 'kucing', meaning 'cat', and 'cinta', meaning 'love'. At The Kuching Nail Spa, we wish to carry
on this spirit of love and pledge to donate 5% of our profits to an
adopted charity annually.

Our Logo

We drew our inspiration from The Kucinta – the exotic Singapura cat which became the national mascot of the Singapore Tourism Board. This adorable cat was discovered on our shores in the mid-1970s and much mystery surrounds its origins. It is one of the rarest cats in the world and it has come to symbolize hardiness.

These affectionate cats with captivating sparkling eyes are often found perched on high places or snuggled at shaded spots near the classic Colonial bungalows, enjoying a relaxing afternoon. Just like the days in the Colonial era where afternoon teas and relaxing activities take precedence, we aim to have our clients wind down in our nail spa and enjoy a totally pampering experience.

In addition, the Orchid - our national flower, is intricately weaved into the logo. The delicate design of the flower and its unique colours epitomised exotic beauty, gentle strength and timeless elegance.

We aim to create a little Singapore oasis here at our nail spa.
